You will get access to the LMS portal in mail with user email and passwords, you need to go Home > Sign In enter your email password click on sign in. Make sure change the password after the first time login as you required.

Log in to the LMS portal using your email and password. Navigate to the Dashboard, then click on 'Menu,' followed by 'Certificate.' Within the 'Course Certification' section, you will find an option to 'Submit Project.' Provide the project details and attach the project source code link via Google Drive shared with 'Everyone' permission enabled. Finally, click 'Submit' to complete the process.
